After two epic seasons at the Hastings On Hudson Farmers Market, on September of 2019 we opened our brick and mortar location , Wild Culture Waffles and Coffee Shop is a little space located at the beautiful, historic and emblematic building of the Hastings Movies Mews on Warburton avenue on Hastings on Hudson NY.

The waffles can be enjoyed sweet or savory, plain or stuffed, baked to order at the shop or conveniently frozen to bring the magic home. During the the Fall/Winter season we also offer a rotating selection of delicious and nurturing Ayurveda (vegan and gluten free) hot soups, while during the Spring/Summer season we offer a different option every week of freshly made salad or chilled soups (Gazpacho style).

We offer every week a different selection of our freshly made Soft Serve Frozen Yogurt (always one flavor dairy free/vegan) and a full menu of coffee and teas.
